What started as a passion for sourdough has grown into a family-run artisan bakery dedicated to creating exceptional bread and bakes that people truly look forward to sharing. Every sourdough loaf is naturally fermented, every cinnamon roll is handcrafted, and every cookie is baked in small batches using carefully selected, premium ingredients.

Before becoming a baker, I spent 16 years working as a professional chef. That experience shaped the way I approach every recipe today. As a chef, "good enough" was never good enough—and that same mindset drives everything we bake. Every product is refined, tested and perfected until it reaches the standard we'd be proud to serve to our own family.

We don't believe in shortcuts or mass production. We believe in long fermentations, proper butter, quality chocolate, simple ingredients and the kind of craftsmanship that's becoming increasingly rare.
